Update: i have called several numbers and can seem to get an invoice or find out how to pay any balance? Last communication was, Marcus will call on November 1st? I have called 4 times, LM twice? I needed a new roof, pronto! I have a new roof and finalized unclear communications with Josh. What i learned: I would recommend getting an itemized estimation to include waste and extra product. Take photos of the product and compare estimation to actual cost of buying materials as a DYI. Communicate with the project manager and the salesman at the same time to avoid unanswered questions. Make sure you get a call before they show up at 645 am. The work is done...I like it, the rest of my thoughts are just opinions and emotions. I am satisfied with the work and look.

Highly recommended! Can't say enough good things about our experience with Premier. Our home is in the Traverse City area. The roof was 27 years old and needed replacing. I received quotes from four roofing companies and my experience with gathering the quotes varied significantly. By far, the best experience was with Marcus at Premier. Marcus was very polite, professional and did a very thorough job of reviewing and quoting this project. Marcus / Premier was the only company that sat down with my wife and I to provide details of the quote and quality of the product... which included options of brands and single grades to best fit our needs. We had a wonderful experience with Premier. From working with Tyler on nailing down what we wanted for our roof and siding all the way down to the work crews, we couldn’t be more pleased. The crews were timely and efficient and kept the worksite neat and tidy. We had other work going on at the same time and their crew had no problem accommodating the other crew so that everyone could get their tasks done. Great experience and exceptional service! Marcus and Brad were fantastic to work with. Both were very communicative, available and knowledgeable. Never felt like I couldn’t reach out and ask if I had a question or follow-up. They updated me on every step of the way, from materials arriving, to dumpster drop off/pick up, and when they would be checking out the finished work. The entire crew was professional and courteous, always smiling and saying hi when we saw them outside. Left the yard looking better than it was when they came. Love how the roof looks and have great peace of mind that work was done well.

3 years ago another company installed a roof for me. Unfortunately, I had a shingle come off which exposed some nails. After weeks of trying, the original company would not respond to me to get this fixed. Thankfully Marcus at premier did, and responded quickly. He was able to help me swiftly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone, and wish I would have known about them when I did the roof originally. Great service.
