I don’t usually write reviews, however, in this case, I was more than willing to do so, as I feel everyone should be aware of this company’s quality service. My 45 yr old, Hand woven, oriental carpets, wool area carpets, wool rugs and custom pads for all of the above, were cleaned. New pads were custom made as well, for some of my rugs. Stains that no one else had ever previously been able to remove from the oriental, were removed in their entirety, without damage to the Carpet. The Oriental is a light oyster background, with pastel florals. Orange and grape pop, happen to be one of the stains, that no one else could get out of the carpet previously. I was very happy with the service I received from Premier Rug & Carpet Cleaning. They came to my house to pick-up my two 5x8 area wool rugs. It took about 2 weeks for the cleaning and then they delivered them back to me. The price was reasonable for two rugs. I would recommend Premier Rug to everyone.
