I’d have given 6 stars if it was an option, service was simply Amazing! First time caller needing a quick repair on my Dacor range leaking gas, Gio was at my house in under half an hour and got right to work troubleshooting. Luckily he was able to fix an issue in a few hours that would have cost me thousands using Samsung or Dacor. These guys have my business for life moving forward. Thanks again Gio & Team 👏

I highly recommend Premier Service of NY. I had an issue with my Bosch oven control board which ended up a tricky problem. Technician spent a lot of time with tech support, multiple times, multiple visits, but in the end, persisted and fixed the issue. He was responsive, kind and thorough.

In the previous 14 years we had some appliances fail on us. We used to call a local company with the name starting with 'universal'. They would invariably come, look at the appliance, collect their fee and recommend that the appliance be replaced. This time we found Giovanni when our burners stopped working. He came over fairly quickly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, came back to replace the parts. All at a reasonable price. The burners have been working nicely for several months now. Thank you Giovanni.

Gio, Is awesome, in addition to the quick repair, my husband and I received education about washing machines. The repair took no time, I will definitely recommend and use Premier again!!!
