Chuck from Premier Strand is a pro. We had an issue with a newly installed furnace which wasn't firing correctly. Chuck was able to diagnose the root problem and repair it on site. While doing so, he also took the time to inspect the whole system and discovered a minor leak in a drain pipe which he re-sealed. Thanks for the great service and peace of mind...well done Chuck!!

Chuck with Premier Strand has been servicing my equipment for quite a few years. His knowledge and ability to share it with a layman like myself is a rare quality. If he's running behind, he communicates. Keeps me in the loop. I've haven't had a problem that he didn't diagnose correctly. Great guys

Worked with them yesterday to get my 17 year old furnace working after a cold 3 days. Chuck could have snowballed with expensive repairs but was honest and found the $125 fix. There was a slight complication with the repair, and they were very quick to get a second tech out. Jerry found a second small issue and repaired it right away. Their quick and affordable repair was appreciated!

We have been working with Strand HVAC for almost ten years. They have helped us out of multiple jams with both our personal and business systems. Chuck has walked us through complicated radiant heat systems, thermostat issues, as well as two full furnace and air conditioner replacements. We have referred him to several people, and all have been happy. Chuck may not talk all that much, but he really seems to care, and know what he's doing.

I had used Strand for years, even after Roger sold the business, and I was always satisfied until last year. They came out once because the furnace would not stay on. Then they had to come out a month later to fix the same problem, which they did under warranty. That was March. We didn't use the furnace until this spring, and it did the same thing. This time they insisted on charging me. The owner said the technician said to charge, and that he had to stand with his technician (over a long-time customer?). I heard heard rumor that Roger Strand is back in business, so I will search him out and never call Premier again.
