My card was charged and processed by this company a fraudulent charge..By phone I live in a different state ..was notified of a alert. My creditor said I had to call company for refund. Donna the Controller said without searching we don't take credit cards over the phone..I asked can you verify the charge..I was told no records of it..REALLY THATS WEIRD! RIGHT?? What company do not have a system to verify? I did not make a charge for $17 for tile ..I live in California...This company is a fake. Its the pricinpal of the fact. Keep the money ..you thieving people! Bank of America has no reason to lie to me about charges processed on my card.
