Very professional salesperson, he did an amazing job in teaching us about his company and products. I did not like that he spend four hours doing a quote. When a customer starts to feel uncomfortable and pressure to tell them an answer right away is not good sales strategy. I was feeling very pressure and uncomfortable to make a decision on the spot, and I just wanted a quote and that's all. Thank you.

Luxury Premier Bath installed a shower and tub insert covering in our master bath. We chose them for two reasons. First, they thoroughly explained the entire process and how they differed from other services, and second, because of their lifetime warranty. After about three years, we noticed a small crack had developed in the corner on the back wall. I called and spoke with the manager, who requested a photo. He immediately went to work with the factory and stayed on them until a replacement wall was obtained. Installation of the replacement piece was professionally installed and looks like new. I highly recommend their company to anyone.

Illia and his team were super helpful in installing a new shower surround and tub - I replaced my old beige plastic shower with a new marble-looking acrylic shower system and it's so much brighter and feels bigger than before. It was affordable, guys installed it without making a big mess, 10/10

Just had tub removed and walk-in shower installed last week. Can’t say enough on how professional, knowledgeable and courteous Marius from Premiere bath was. All of our concerns were addressed and the walk-in shower looks great!!!

STOP CALLING. I’ve answered your calls and asked you to stop calling me. Calling from 14 different numbers is very irritating. I keep blocking every number and continue to receive calls. STOP CALLING. I’m not interested in a company that pesters a customer.
