We recently purchased a new home and opted to have new laminate flooring installed before we moved in. Zach at Premier Flooring did a great job explaining our options, estimating costs, and ordering the flooring. Enrique and his installation crew were professional, on time, and did an awesome job on the installation in our 2300 sq.ft. home. (See photos). This company has done right by my family twice! The floors in our home look beautiful because of them. The crew they sent was professional and efficient, seemed like it took them no time to get things finished up. Zach at the store has been awesome to work with. Price wise they are mid to high but honestly it is worth it for the quality of work that you get.

From the beginning..Zach and others were helpful and patient. They were all honest with us and did not let us buy a product we would have had problems with in our old 1880’s but house. From the start I received great service. Phone calls and emails were returned when they said they would be. The job cost what I was told, and was completed in the time frame I was given. The crew showed up at the time we agreed upon. Our floors look amazing. Hands down the best customer service from beginning to end that we have experienced in years.
