PremiStar

Early in the summer both of the air conditioners at the history museum stopped working. PremiStar came and repaired one of the units. We were told the second unit needed minor repairs and a cleaning. We asked to have freon levels checked and were told it was not leaking. The second unit did not cool after the repairs and it ended up that we needed a new unit due to a freon leak. PremiStar has been extremely difficult to contact. They would not provide an itemized invoice. Representatives were rude, and unflexible. Their quote for a new unit was the highest of three bids and it did not detail the type or model of unit quoted. We bought a new unit from a local company, not PremiStar. We will not be using PremiStar in the future.
