I am so glad I finally found a service provider that can offer quality work and excellent customer service! With Premium Duct Cleaners, I received both! I am thrilled with the cleaning of my heating duct system. All of the interactions with Matt, Lance, and Zeke were a pleasure. These people really know how to run a business! Matt was pleasant and extremely helpful. He was even able to give me a fair rate for service and a reference for a company that could install a much-needed humidifier. Matt and Lance did a great job, were on time, respected our house as they ran their vacuum and venting through a window and down the stairs. Matt answered all questions while he was here, and they did an amazing job cleaning all the vents and intakes. They also cleaned my dryer vent. They were a joy to have in my home. My home was built in 1950 and I've owned it for 10 years. I am fairly sure that the ducts were never cleaned. Nick and Jorge did a great job: showed up on time, covered all the details and were super friendly while professional. They did such a good job I had to treat them to lunch with a good tip. It is shocking how much different my home smells plus my throat is not sore and my nose is clear. This is one of the best Groupon purchases ever. I had to pay more, but they were totally up front about the costs and every penny was worth it. The owner Brandon is so easy to work with even when he was out of town he got right back to me. Great customer service and EXCELLENT job on the duct cleaning, I give them an A+++!

UPDATE I did have to return the easher and dryer as problem was not solved I wish they had gone outside to check the airflow but they refused clearly they missed something and they don't do all what their website says. Whatever you do DO NOT let them climb on top of your dryer. I had my dryer 2 weeks when they came out to clean ducts they did clean it out but failed to check the airflow and I caught one of them on top of my new dryer which dented it and I am not able to get it undented. The manual specifically said not to climb on it. They were too lazy to stretch their hands over the edge to take a picture. I still am having issues and they will not work with my work schedule to come back out and recheck everything. I asked them to check the airflow and they would not but the we

I just had my vents cleaned and sanitized today in my home. This company was great and on it from the very first phone call. The 2 people that showed up were very friendly and they had 25 years of experience. I noticed right away how much better the air quality was in my home after they were done. They also cleaned out the dryer vent and cleaned my furnace motor. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
