Steve from Premium Garage Door Service Inc. Is the most unprofessional, ethic less, corrupt person I ever came across during my 26 years of stay in Minnesota. He installed a brand new garage door at our house in Nov 2021. The door is troubling since day 1, for which he was complained. Last week the door refused to close as the door installation was faulty. As a result the door is damaged. When he was informed on this, this unprofessional person refused to respond to my repeated phone calls and text messages. We are in such a big trouble that we spent 2200$ in these tough times and the person who gave a warranty of 5 years is not even responding to our pleas and requests Just boycott this company completely and don’t fall in there trap. These people are just behind your money.

Steve was very responsive and able to send something out within a few days (we didn’t have an urgent need). Their pricing was fair. Chris did the work for us and the job was done well and efficiently. He was very polite and professional with my wife. Months later and everything still working well. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend Premium!! We had another company come out and give us a quote for a broken spring, and we were quoted $1,500. We had someone come out from Premium and had our garage door fixed in an hour, and we ended up paying well over half of the price! Overall great experience and reasonably priced!

Highly recommend this company! I was almost late to work when they showed up right on time and got my garage door fixed. Extremely professional and kind. Will be calling again with any future issues!
