Jose has done work in our daughter’s house as well as ours. He worked on her gutters, kitchen backsplash and storm doors. For me he’s also replaced my storm door as well as some work in my bedroom. He’s patient, explains everything, does exactly what he discusses and is always on time. Professional, Integrity and Friendly. He always cleans up upon completion of his work as if he was never there. Always does an excellent job on every project. Thank God, finally we have someone we can trust and depend on. Our go to guy.

I am extremely pleased with the construction work completed by Premium General Contracting Inc. Jose and his team did outstanding work installing new flooring, replacing doors, and painting throughout my home. The craftsmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail in every space. Communication was consistent throughout the project, and any questions or changes were handled promptly. Timelines were met, and the work area was kept clean at the end of each day. Jose and his guys were professional, honest, and punctual. I highly recommend this contractor for any home renovation project, and I would absolutely hire them again.

Jose was terrific. He was ALWAYS HONEST. ALWAYS RELIABLE. ALWAYS CLEAN. ALWAYS ON TIME. In fact I don’t think he was a minute late one time. He and Javier were super conscientious about being as clean as possible during and after each work day. Construction/renovation is always dusty but they made sure to keep that to a minimum and then were really good about cleaning up after themselves. Jose is that you who us going to tell you the truth about how to do a project and what it will cost. If he can save you money he will be honest about helping you find a way. Jose is super knowledgeable. He’s a talented contractor who is also trained in plumbing and electrical so he knows his way around construction. Jose and his team did amazing work on my new apartment. My kitchen was gutted and replaced which was no easy task in a 100 year old coop building. The floors were repaired and refinished, all walls painted, my office wallpapered. It was a major refresh. The quality of the work was there in every task. They worked as scheduled and owner was easily accessible and explained things along the way!!
