Our main line busted on New Year’s Eve. I had two companies come out for quotes. The other company quoted an entire main line replacement. Premium Grading and Pipe came out same day, found the actual problem, and replaced only what needed to be replaced. Our line was repaired and water was back on same day! I would absolutely recommend using this honest company for any of your needs!!

Rusty and his guys came out and did an awesome job. They did it in a timely manner, they were reasonably priced and they communicated before, during and after the job was completed. I highly recommend this company for any landscaping work.

I do NOT recommend Rusty with Premium Grading and Pipe. I hired Rusty for land grading, drainage, and concrete work (sidewalk and steps), and the results were extremely poor. Water continues to pool in the same areas I initially reported, and the concrete work was a disaster—discolored, chipped, and mixed with clay due to being poured in the rain using dirty wheelbarrows and random tools taken from my garage without permission. Workers even wiped mortar with torn t-shirts and were found sleeping in my garage without consent. Scheduling was inconsistent and unreliable. I missed multiple days of work waiting for crews who never showed up and failed to provide any notice. Rusty repeatedly dodged responsibility with excuses such as, “It’s not my crew—they’re family friends I subcontracted,” or
