I hired this company to fix a gutter over my garage that was not draining properly. They came out and charged $250 to adjust and re-level the gutter. Unfortunately the issue was never actually fixed and the gutter still does not drain correctly. When I followed up, they explained they had already adjusted it as much as possible and that because they didn’t install the original gutters, repairs like this aren’t guaranteed. They also said the only correct fix would likely be replacing that entire gutter section. What’s frustrating is that if replacement was likely the real solution, I would have appreciated being told that before paying $250 for an adjustment that ultimately didn’t resolve the problem. Just something for other homeowners to consider when calling for gutter repair. Side n

I had a few new gutters placed and a few fixed as part of a bigger outdoor project. Daniel was quick, efficient, and professional. He even spent an extra 5 minutes to help me replace a battery in my smoke alarm as I didn’t have a tall enough ladder! Would definitely recommend this company. This was the easiest part of my larger project by a long shot.

I had a great experience with Premium Gutters. They helped with a small job—relocating a downspout—and were extremely patient despite bad weather, visiting multiple times to get it done right. Very professional, reasonably priced, and excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend them.

Daniel and Javani did a great job, Daniel was exceptionally personable and made me feel like I was in good hands. All in all an excellent experience and I will recommend Premium Gutters to folks I know that need help with gutter replacement/installation. The house looks great!
