I would give Premium Heating & Air Conditioning INC 10 Stars if I could. Especially for communication, which I really appreciated after being blown off by two plumbers yesterday. Kennedy was awesome, did a thorough assessment, 100% honest and did a great job!
Derrick and Vincent were on time, well organized & informative. Both were very hard workers. New Furnace needed adjustments to fit with old duct work.Derrick did an amazing job with the needed modifications. They both kept us up-to -date with progress. Super PERFECT service!!
Dan arrived on the day and time he was scheduled to without any issues, he came to do maintenance on the A/C and found a small issue. He explained it to me carefully and gave me various options for replacing and payments. Premium Heating & Air Conditioning INC is awesome , 5 stars all the way.
Service was very good, professional and timely. They came out to my house within 1 hour of my initial call, which was great! I would definitely recommend them to others.
