Premium Kitchens: Salesperson was Melika. The product is unique (from Venice, Italy). We have not seen anything similar in any store. The finished product looks high end, modern and sophisticated. The counteracts are porcelain which allow you to place hot and cold items on top without fear of warping and very easy to clean. I was able to fit 2 full kitchens into this one since we sold our summer home and consolidated. This emphasizes the organizational properties of the product. We have had no trouble with follow-up situations once the job was complete. The repairs were all made to our satisfaction(we've called 2 times). However, in retrospect, I would have insisted on using our own General Contractor as the job (1 room kitchen) took 1.5 years to complete ( contract signed 2/23, work comme

Terrible horrible service. The sales in palm beach garden asked us to go Boca Raton to check the fireplace and there is no fireplace in Boca Raton. While we arrived at the store, the female sale started to yell at us. She was mean and rued. She acted very angry when she saw us in the store. We went to different stores next to couple street and fund very nice people who can help us eventually.
