Premium Parking - P0303

Park here quite a few times. This is the second time I've had a boot on my car. This time it's a mistake on their end and I have to wait over an hour to get this boot off my car. My best advice is not to park at Starspaces.

The only reason I gave it a star is to leave a review. Great place if you want a guarantee that your vehicle will be broken into . There were 3 other vehicles that had broken into at the same time .

UNSAFE and dirty. There are no cameras or staff onsite. Homeless man on the 3rd floor pulling on car doors this morning, last week another man was trying to break in to cars with a coat hanger – contacted premimum parking and no response. I have been parking here two months and the elevator has been broken then entire time. Three weeks ago someone took a poop in the stairwell, which is your only way in and out due to the broken elevator. I have contacted the parking garage multiple times and no one responds. The poop is still there where you have to walk and up the wall. Very unsafe and unsanitary.

Easy to find, take a ticket and pay at the machine in the lobby before going to leave in your car. I didn't see any attendants on duty but, didn't really need one. Parking spaces were adequate. Like others have said public parking is on Floor 7 and above and they have signs posted EVERYWHERE to let you know to park in the lines and NOT park in a reserved spot or your car will be booted, so fair warning. For about 8 hours to park we paid about $17 which was really great! Considering some lots charge $30 no matter how long you park. I would recommend this parking spot and would park here again if my out of town friends MAKE me come to NOLA lol

This place is awful. Premium Parking is the worst. I’ve come in when a flag waver was there, and she had to ask me how the machine worked to get a ticket. My organization has a deal with this garage for our events. There is supposed to be someone at the garage before and after the event, and there almost never is. We frequently have lines up to the 8th floor, waiting to get out for up to 45 minutes. Their machines constantly break down, their elevators need serious work (one was stuck on 13 for 2 months, one time they didn’t work at all, and the ADA compliant spots are on the 8th floor). Absolutely ridiculous. As I write this, I’ve been in an unmoving line for 20 minutes. After roughly 10 minutes on hold with customer service, the person who answered clearly had no idea what was happening.
