Premium Parking - P1702

Very hard to find. Thanks for previous reviews it was found. If you booked parking for P4 (it is actually just the top floor). The 1-13 spots are shown in the photo below. You do turn right before target up the ramp, and then follow signs for Ala Moana

Thanks to previous posts, we found the parking place in 10 mins. However, it was really hard to find the place. So I added some photos, hopefully they are helpful. Not sure if there is another parking spot for P1702, but here is what we found and parked.

Honestly it was frustrating to find. Instruction were not clear. We were looking for it for 45 mins. Here you go so that you would not waste time like us. Head up to the ramp when you see target. Then right, then right again. Find the floor you need to be per instruction.

Most ridiculous parking experience in my life. Wasted one hour to figure out where we should park. We arrived at night for overnight parking. We paid the 24-hr parking fee based on premium parking-1702 QR code in a 2-lvl parking lot, shown in the pic, and the page after the payment said please don't park on reserved spaced but on P4 (no idea where is that). However, every spaces in that 2-lvl parking lot are reserved and the security guy sitting in the parking lot had no idea about P4 and told us we cannot park there. Later we talked to a nice cleaning guy and he took us to another Ala Moana security guy, who told us to call someone else, maybe the security manager. Super easy to park- it's just a QR code, what's so hard to use about that?
