DON'T use cash to pay for parking at this garage! Change is not given. Instead, you will receive a receipt and have to file a claim on their website justifying why you should receive a refund. Then, you have the choice of receiving a check (with $5 processing fee, more than the refund itself), credit for future parking, or via paypal (the only free option if you want your money back). I finally got my $2 paypal refund a month after submitting. Absolutely insane system for cash payers with NO notice whatsoever on the payment machine that change is not given.

It is too expensive for short term parking. It will chase away people who live in the area. All the nearby towns and the other malls charge less in Connecticut. When you can pay $8/day to park at train station to go into the city why would you pay $3 for the first 30 min. This is Norwalk not NYC.

Nice spacious, clean parking garage. But I am giving a low rating because you have to pay no matter what, even if you're just stopping for a quick visit. Lame.

Confusing and complicated pre-paid parking system that wastes time and makes people pay more with no customer service.
