DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I called and wrote as I was in your garage. I literally paid double the amount before we even left the lot. I have all the documentation. It’s not my fault your site automatically autopulpulayed my other car’s license plate. You just want to make more money in a very dishonest way. I could understand if I never paid or walked away without realizing. This is not it. I will be sure to take this up with BBB and leave you the review you deserve.

Please be very leery parking here especially if you are seeking a monthly subscription. THE PARKING ATTENDEE KOFI is utterly un-professional and dishonest. I was in need of monthly parking I contacted this garage and ended up speaking to Kofi. In the beginning I explained to him that I needed a spot that would allow me to plug my van into an outlet in the garage because I have a truck mount that couldn’t freeze. He said ok and I paid for the subscription. After about a day or two someone started unplugging the van I brought this to Kofi attention and he asked me to go into anthem house the apartments attached to the garage and ask them to review the cameras so I did. I ended up getting the run around inside of anthem house and later I asked Koki if he found out who it was that was unpluggi

Liked paying on the app but since they are tracking so close with cameras, why is the smallest option for paying 90 minutes. What would the penalty have been for being 10-15 minutes late? Lack of clarity is why I went 3 stars. Garage actually looked new, well lighted, and clean.

Do NOT overstay the grace period, they do not joke around on fees
