Had an awesome experience with this garage from beginning to end. My scenario was that i parked it on Friday night around 1130p, (kinda packed) and i COULD'VE left it in there for 60hrs, a weekend special they had going on, to then expire around lunch that Monday for about $40ish, but i only needed it to be in there until sun morning. You could come in and out as you please also, Just scan the QR code on the wall and its easy from there, step by step. Please make sure to make an effort to actually pay that moment, because once you forget and leave the garage in a rush to go some where else, they'll see that your license plate wasn't entered, via camera, and penalize you. Totally recommend this garage (in general) if you're traveling to miami for a quick weekend, staying at a nearby hot

Absolute disgrace of a company. We paid $40+ during Ultra weekend for 24 hours of parking. We ONLY parked for about 7 hours and they had the AUDACITY to send me a violation notice in the mail. I disputed the charge and they denied my claim even though I provided proof that the parking was paid. This makes me never want to visit Miami again. Disgusting scamming scheme.

That’s a scam and fraud. You pay for the parking and then they sent you the letter saying that you ‘violated’ something. I will bring this issue to the MDC because they are harming the image of Miami as a travel destination.

Absolutely shameful... i parked (and paid) and then received an email that i had not paid... absolutely disgraceful
