Premium Parking - P3054

Paid for 2 hours. Came back less than an hour late. Apparently that earns you the same $60 penalty as someone who never paid at all. No grace period. No flexibility. No actual customer service just a dumb clueless lady saying “there’s nothing we can do” basically. If your business model relies on squeezing full violation fees out of paying customers over minor overruns, it’s not parking management it’s a scam lmao Set a timer down to the second if you park here. They’re clearly waiting for it. Stupid scammers lol I hope someone sues yall 🤣

I really wish I had read the reviews before parking here. They are out to rip people off and have the WORST customer service. When they say validation, it means free parking for an hour or however long the participating business provides validation from the time you enter information into the Godforsaken tablet at the business. They will not credit you back for the time you have been parked. Atrocious! Their customer service is awful, they have an attitude like they are doing you a favor, the person started arguing with me too and I had to just cancel the call. I applied online for a refund but honestly expect nothing. They have a 5% processing fee for refunds… like WHAT??? Just stay away from this parking company.

Scam business - trust the reviews - avoid if possible. They record you entering and exiting if you are over what you pre-estimated and paid you will be charged that amount plus $50 of fine. Their system does not allow you to pay for the past but conveniently sends you a ticket that will double if not paid in two weeks ! The validation most times have worked for me.

The worst place to park. Eventhough we had two hours courtesy of the restaurant we dined at, they still sent a parking ticket two weeks afterwards for 60dlls for two hours! And we parked for two hours. Will never park here again. If i could give it negative stars I would.

People who own this are rude. Instructions are unclear. They will hunt you down and threaten to boot your car at your private residence which is illegal. NEVER parking at a garage like this again. Congrats on making money off a slab of concrete.
