Premium Parking - P6909

Do not use this parking company. Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I used one of the parking lots to go to an event, and I pulled in I said out loud to my passenger "is this a free parking lot? I don't see anything saying to pay to park or see anyone collecting money". The parking lot was pretty full but just out of luck there was a front row spot available so I only had to drive a few feet from the entrance. After my event I found an invoice on my car, and that is what made me look for signage for paying. When I found where the ONLY sign I would have seen was, I remembered there was just random people standing near the sign and blocking me from any way of seeing it. I am one that will always pay to park, and I am an honest person that will not try

This place is incredibly horrible. As soon as I parked, the person giving tickets didn't let me even get turned off my vehicle and head to pay. I asked to at least point me in the right direction so I could pay (my vehicle is still running), and he just said no, you have to figure that out yourself. I have to give you a ticket now. All because I needed to drop off a family member for an emergency.
