Edwin and his crew were amazing! I met with several companies to repair my front columns that were disintegrating due to the metal strappings under the stucco. I decided to go with Edwin and Premier Property Care. I wanted something that would last. I met with Edwin and went through the options and chose faux stone panels. However, when researching the faux stone panels, realized they were not meant to last. I contacted Edwin and changed my mind opting to utilize real stone instead. Edwin was very gracious with my change in midstream. We met at the stone yard, picked out the stone. Edwin and his team went to work and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company and their personnel. a couple of weeks ago, I came home to an inundated garage, messed up dry wall, and a complete mess. Within 30 minutes of calling him, Tito was at our home and was able to set our minds at ease right away. His professionalism and polite manners are second to none. He found the issue right away and got to work. He made sure to explain to me what had happened and what he was going to do to fix it. After he fixed the leak and installed a new piece of drywall, one could not tell that we ever had an issue. The wall looks like new!.
