I am truly blown away by the quality workmanship Premium Roofing & Restoration provided us with. From start to finish, this company was nothing short of impressive and professional! Marris in the office coordinated the schedule to accommodate us quickly and efficiently. I met with Dusty, who came promptly when scheduled, and gave me confidence in his understanding of my project. We needed to have fascia corners and dormer siding and corner trim replaced, per a recent inspection, and Dusty walked through how it would be addressed, step my step. I was provided a quote the next morning and while it was a little *higher* than I was expecting, I felt confident in Dusty’s understanding of the project (we had 7 other quotes done and prices varied from higher to lower - Premium was in the middle)

These days it's hard to find a reliable contractor and roofer. I called Premium Roofing two weeks ago, they scheduled a formal appointment and that's when I met Dusty. Reliable, honest, and professional were my immediate thoughts. I received an estimate same day and had the work completed in less than two weeks. Dusty, Tyler, and Asher were done in less than 30 min as promised. Premium Roofing will have my business for as long as I live in this home. Thank you!

Premium roofing came out quickly to offer a repair soon after Hurricane season due to a leak in the roof. A repair was completed in August which did not suffice. The next storm came through and the leak continued. At that time, the owner was called to come back and repair the work again. Unfortunately the repair work was not done correctly and the owner cracked a tile which he said he would come back and replace. The owner never made good on his word and I left several message for him to come back to once again repair what was not fixed. All my calls were ignored and the company took my $1,400 and left me with nothing but the same leak i started with. Definitely would not recommend this company based on follow up and their knowledge of roof repair. Very dissatisfied customer!

First, let me begin by saying that our roof was custom designed by the home's architect to showcase the community and is extremely complicated. We have struggled with various leaks over the years and have several roofing companies try and fail to find and fix them all. We contacted Premium Roofing because of a leak caused by Irma and were very impressed with their professionalism. First of all, I never like to meet a roofing "estimator" who's clothes, truck, and smart watch is cleaner and newer than mine because I feel I am paying twice as much. I had been comparing prices for a roof repair with no success. The receptionist was very nice, patient, and answered all of my questions. The contractor came out for the inspection and informed me that the damage was not bad and repaired my roof the following day. They are a great honest company and I haven’t experienced anymore leaks since!
