These guys are absolutely fantastic!! They’ve been cleaning our carpets and rugs for about 4 years and I am so glad I found them! Knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable and affordable, and you simply won’t want anyone else once you use them!

Marc and Dennis were incredible to work with! When we bought our house, we thought we'd have to replace all the carpets since they were so stained and gross. Dennis worked his magic and for a fraction of the price of new carpets, our old carpets now look fantastic. They were easy to schedule with and were even able to come in day-of when I managed to spill blue paint all over the recently cleaned carpet to fix the mess I had made. Highly recommend.

Premium Steam did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! My fiancé and I moved out of our rental property and we needed to have over 1,600 sq ft of carpet professionally cleaned. We also had some carpet damage caused by our pets that required stretching and minor repair. Premium Steam was able to repair and clean the carpet and it now looks brand new. Marc even took time out of his day to come by our rental property to meet me and provided a walk through estimate/quote where many other carpet cleaning companies would not. I was very happy with the carpet cleaning done by this company. They gave me a very preliminary estimate based on the size of the house and number of carpeted areas and clearly told me that they charged per square foot of carpet to be cleaned. When at the house Dennis was very careful in only measuring what he was actually going to clean. My cost was only a bit higher than the original estimate and was a fair price. They also helped me in the nick of time! I had been stood up twice that week by another company and was desperate to find someone, as all but the large pieces of furniture was up off the floors and on the beds, counters and in the bathrooms. I have used his service for several years and would not consider using anyone else. Cleaners are always on time and do a fabulous job, no cutting corners, reaching into every visible crevice against the wall to remove dirt that is impossible to remove with a vacuum. So thorough, so polite, so reasonably priced. My very old and often extremely dirty carpet looks brand new when the cleaning is complete.
