I am very pleased with the service I received from Premo Air. Everyone I interacted with was professional and knowledgeable about the product. My service technician did an excellent job with the installation and made sure to wear shoe coverings while going in and out of the house. He also took the time to help me set up the programmable thermostat once the work was completed.

Both technicians that were here were very professional. They went out of their way to answer questions we had and were very polite. I would recommend Premo Air to anyone in need of a reputable company. They have never tried to take advantage of a situation, in fact they do the complete opposite. They give you their opinions and leave the decision up to you with no pressure. They are very knowledgeable in their field and are extremely pleasant to work with.

Absolutely amazing service. Gage has diagnosed and fixed our problem in the past with accuracy, kindness and great explanations. Today we had them replace our whole unit. The pricing was fair and they worked with our schedule. Gage, Tyler and Charley were kind, respectful and efficient. They respected our house and did a great job. We always choose Premo!

Chris Stewart did an amazing job for us! I can’t thank him enough for such a professional job and his expertise. Chris came out 3 different times to fix my HVAC. He even came out right after an ice storm after hours and he got my heat back on. I use Premo Air for all my HVAC needs. I highly recommend this company and especially Chris if you have any HVAC problems. Also I need to shout out Reagan in the office as she is so helpful too and Tyler who was working with Chris.Thanks Premo Air for your outstanding service and professionalism!

Premo Air was great! The technicians fixed our HVAC without any problem, and were extremely nice and professional. We were able to schedule them within a day. We are definitely going to be working with Premo again!
