I first met with Raphael (Sales manager) to get an estimate. I was blown away with his professional appearance, so easy to talk with & express all that I wanted done. He went room by room with me & took pictures/videos of what I needed repaired & what/how I wanted things done. He was very responsive to my questions & had a quote back to me quickly which explained everything very thoroughly. We had an incredible experience with Prep Smart from beginning to end and would highly recommend. From the in-depth initial consultation with Raphael, the quote process and working with James throughout the project we felt like we were in very capable hands and the process eased our anxieties about the large project. We had significant ceiling damage which required extensive drywall repairs, priming and painting on expansive cathedral ceilings, a large basement ceiling, and two bedroom ceilings. We are incredibly happy with the results and now have smooth bright white ceilings in each room. It has made such a difference in our entire home and the results far exceeded our expectations!
