Is fiber optic cable high speed internet connectivity available ( it is NOT at this writing ) 2. Do the individual lot owners have management control of the homeowners’ association? ( currently, the homeowners’ association is “ developer-managed “, and has been since 2004. Individual lot owners have little influence over the management of the community affairs ). 3. Are there any special assessments on the horizon? ( yes, the PRC has recently completed a project to hook into the water supply from the Burlingame Water System.
