After spending over $17,000 with this company for what I was told would be professional HVAC work—including a brand-new inside and outside unit—I discovered that the actual issue was something far simpler: a leak in the return line due to a hole that was never properly diagnosed. Thousands of dollars later, and the core problem was a basic Freon leak that should have been caught with a standard line pressure test—the kind any properly trained technician with the right tools would perform on Day One. I can’t explain how grateful I am with this company. I reached out to them about my A/C on Monday explaining my A/C were out. They came the same day, gave me an estimate and the very next day they were installing a new unit. Then he follow-up the very next day to see how the unit was working. I typically don’t do reviews but had to after the outstanding service I received from Presidential AC & Heating. After purchasing a duplex, my tenants AC went out, and needed to be replaced. I honestly didn’t know where to start. Presidential was one of the first companies I called and they came out ASAP! Roosevelt was very professional and throughly explained all of my options. Within 2 days, my tenants AC was back running AND he didn’t break the pockets! If you are looking for a company that is ethical and makes your comfort a priority, I highly recommend them.
