Really impressed at the job Jimmie does with our couches and rugs. He was able to get the pet stains out and made our couches smell great. Would highly recommend.

Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone as I was scammed out of money. I paid for a living room area rug to be cleaned by Jimmie. I would’ve preferred if he was honest about whether or not it could be cleaned, but he wasn’t and proceeded to clean it anyway. After it took about 2 days to fully dry, I could immediately tell the rug was not clean and in fact looked worse than it did before he cleaned it. The rug also was emitting a really strong odor, so I decided to just throw it away and order a new one. I reached out to let Jimmie know about the rug and he stated he would refund me a portion of what I paid. He told me on 2/16 that he would refund me. It is now 2/29 and I have still not received a refund. I have also followed up with him multiple times on the status of the refund and have
