This was our first time building a pool with Presidential. We interviewed several other companies and felt confident and excited to get started after meeting Ryan Schwarz, who made the process feel approachable from the beginning. Our project manager, Norman Crittle, kept the job moving, even though we had 10 days of rain. He communicated regularly throughout the build. Lucy Saenz, our construction coordinator, was very helpful keeping us informed so we knew exactly what was happening daily. The pool came out beautiful, and we are very happy with the final result. What Ryan started, Norman finished, and the outcome truly reflects that teamwork. This is our 2nd Presidential pool and we are extremely happy with the results and the whole process. From the very beginning, Ryan Schwarz, our designer helped us create the look we wanted, while being very patient as we changed our minds on many of the options and finishes. I can’t say enough great things about our project manager, Norman Crittle. He kept us in the loop on every detail of the construction process, answered all of our questions and was super responsive! Lucy Saenz, the construction coordinator in the office kept us informed of what the next step was and the whole process went extremely smoothly. We highly recommend Presidential Pools. Our sales manager, Jim Sherlock did a fantastic job assisting us with the design and choosing the finishing touches. We met with Kipp and he helped make our design a reality. Our project manager Norm and also Lucy were awesome to work with. They answered all our questions promptly ( I’m a question asker🤣). I would recommend presidential pools to anyone ! We are extremely happy with how our pool came to life..

First off, this is the first pool we’ve ever built. Norman Crittle is our project manager, and he has done a fantastic job communicating all times and dates during our construction. He has answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner.he also came to inspect the project frequently throughout the job. When prompted by us, he provided helpful hints to improve our pool construction. Lucy was the email communicator who was very thorough with follow up communication. The project is half way through. We are happy with the progress and communication.
