President's Place Parking Garage

I started parking my car here 2/1/2023 which was managed by LAZParking. I paid a $135 monthly fee on their website using my credit card. They were a great company to do business with and they were always willing to help me whenever I had a problem. The company who took over this garage in April 2023 is called IMPARK and it's managed by Ari Ojalvo. Since he took over, things have gotten really bad. The gates are always inoperable, the website has been a problem since their takeover. They have been trying to charge me for February and March that I paid to LAZParking. I find this interesting because they were not managing the garage during this period and those months were paid. Great parking location. The monthly parking pass was very convenient and a reasonable price given the ridiculous street parking limits in Quincy and a TON of enforcement officers lurking everywhere ready to fine you (the city’s gotta get that sweet, sweet revenue, right? 😒🙄) They have a great staff if you ever need to interact with them.

Great location near Quincy Center station. Reasonable price and safe.

Convenient location for central Quincy, but inconvenient access and very narrow spots. First two floors are reserved for people in the building.

Frequent issues with the gates leaves residents stranded. No after hours support. I want my money back.
