Presnell's Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a problem with my ac unit on Saturday. No one was willing to come out to help and he was the only one that would answer and was more than happy to help. He should up 10 minutes after we called explained everything he was looking at and dealing with and he had it fixed in less then 30 minutes. It ended up being a blown capacitor. After the job was done he charged a very fair price and even gave my dog a gigantic soup bone!

My geothermal unit had been kicking off and I was unsure why. I contacted Presnells to see what they could do since they were the ones that installed it. On two separate calls, I told them the issues, and was reassured that they could properly fix any of the problems. I scheduled an appointment which took them a month (initial call was on 9/23, appt. was on 10/23), but I understand its that time of year and they're probably busier than normal. I was given a 4hr timeframe that they would arrive so I took the day off from work. The gentleman arrived, and I was told that they don't do any maintenance on them or are able to diagnose any problems.
