They are a great company. They respond quickly and do amazing work. They take care in the job and Omar who was my technician couldn’t have been better working in the cold to ensure we would have heat.

Shadi and Fatima were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced about the mini splits I wanted to have installed. The technician they sent, Ahmad, was also very professional and was able to install a condenser outside and 2 mini splits inside very quickly! (less than a day for my house). He cleaned everything up, took all the boxes and extra materials so I didn't get stuck with having to dispose of anything. Couldn't say more nice thing about this team. Very happy with the work completed!!

Shadi gave a clear, straightforward quote for our challenging install & Tammie kept us updated and on‑schedule about any changes and available options through out. The installers were incredible! Neil & Elliot really made this challenging installation happen! They created a well thought out game plan and got right to business with attention to detail every day. They were straightforward with expectations, and even took time to educate on the product themselves and energy saving usage strategies which was very appreciated. The system is running perfectly, and the whole process felt well‑coordinated from quote to final tests. Highly recommend Prestige and this team.

Top notch company & staff. From Paul who priced it out, to Tammie in the office, and Neil the tech that worked on my install/repair… Prestige lives up to the name across the board. I especially appreciated Neil not rushing the job & getting the pressures/readings he needed to guarantee this job would be “one & done.” The price was right too. Definitely recommend!
