I was impressed with how quick Prestige was to respond to my request for service. Equally impressed, I was, with how Alena, the owner, was able to fit us into the schedule. We are selling our home and trying to close so timing was crucial. The service tech was came, was kind, friendly and efficient. He got right to work, gave us clear instructions and did a great job! Andy restored my horrifically dirty carpets I was close to ripping out to an unbelievable level of clean. He delivered more than was asked by moving furniture insisting the job be done correctly.
