10/10 would recommend! From the initial phone call to clean up, the staff was informative and thourough. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process/cost of cleaning pet urine prior to starting the job. Pet urin cleaning on carpets done right is not cheap, however, you get what you pay for. Not only do our 15 year old carpets look and smell more fresh, I now know how to properly care for them. Huge bonus that everything used on the carpets were people & pet friendly.

I have been using Prestige ChemDry for years. They are reliable and do a great job cleaning your carpets. They call you before they arrive and provide you with their ETA. I highly recommend them.

I called the company to do a deep cleaning d/t had whole house repiped.The fine white dust and smell from removing old galvanized pipes and patching and painting was horrible, even though we covered everything as best we could. The owner answered and was pleasant and informative. Within a few days Justin came out and performed a deep clean extraction. He cleaned the carpet, stairs and furniture. He did an amazing job and reported each step and process. He even told us how to maintain the carpet. My carpet looked brand new plus the allergen deodorized made my home livable again. This company went above and beyond and was most appreciated. This is my go to carpet/upholstery cleaning business hence forth. Thank you for taking pride in your work and an excellent work ethic. The staff is always so easy to work with and goes the extra mile. My rug was delivered well within the assigned time frame and the rug and pad laid for me. (I also had it cut to fit around a step, and it’s a perfect fit!) The price for my service included moth treatment and the custom cut around the steps. Very reasonable for my very large rug.
