Just had the most amazing experience with this company. Called on a Sunday night after our air conditioner went out. Ray promptly sent out two of his techs who were very thorough and professional. They looked thoroughly at the unit and the crawlspace and diagnosed a faulty condensate pump. But just to be sure, they checked Freon levels and made suggestions for cleaning the coils. I found the condensate pump I needed on Amazon and they confirmed that it was the right one and explained how to install it since I’m fairly handy. They also made recommendations to improve the lifespan of this pump. I felt the cost. They quoted me for two techs to come out on a Sunday night was very reasonable. They were conscious of finding ways to save me money and didn’t try to upsell me. Now our house is cool

We have been having trouble with our air-conditioning unit for a couple years and no one could figure out what was going on. It took Ray just a short bit to resolve all our issues. We signed up for the maintenance plan and is one of the best decisions we have made. Highly recommend!!!!
