Prestige Home Restoration

We had a wonderful experience with Prestige Home Restoration! Tony, the owner, came to our home, helped us understand the scope of what we wanted to do, reigned us in when needed and allowed us time to tweak plans as we progressed through the remodel. He also had some great suggestions along the way that greatly improved the end results. Cody, his son, was our GC and his work ethic, professionalism, timeliness, and attention to detail were superb! Our project ended up being a remodel of almost our entire first floor which included the kitchen, pantry, laundry room, great room, 2 office areas, and the stairs and railings to the second floor. Tony and his entire crew from Prestige Home Restoration were top notch from start to finish with our Master Bath remodel! Everyone that we worked with did an excellent job communicating with us, making sure our needs were met, and providing high quality work. I really appreciated the amount of effort they put in to make sure everything was cleaned up at the end of every work day. At no point in the renovation did we feel as if we had someone in our house other than us! I would recommend Tony and his entire crew for any of your home renovation or repair needs. We will definitely be using Prestige Home Restoration again in the future.

I can’t say enough about Cody and his crew, they’re phenomenal! Trustworthy and dependable and did a fantastic job! I love my new laundry room and bathroom. And my feature wall! I highly recommend them!

I hired prestige restoration after I had a plumbing issue with my original remodeled master bathroom. We remodeled our bathroom about a year ago and unfortunately had a plumbing leak. We noticed our flooring tile was lifting and called a plumber. The plumber went into our crawl space and fixed the plumbing issue. We called prestige to take a look at the damage. They used a moisture reader and found that there was high moisture and we would have to redo our flooring and shower. They took care of talking to the insurance. They redid our bathroom and we are so happy with the results. They were professional, friendly, and informative. We are so thankful we used prestige!

Here are photos of Prestige's work on my deck. I will let the photos speak for themselves. I e-mailed these photos to Prestige on January 23, 2020. Tony Wayda, who identified himself as the president, responded to my e-mail with these photos on the same day, and also CCed his response to Chase Colville and Cody Wayda, so the president and numerous employees have access to examples of Prestige's employees' work. I had to spend a four-digit sum of money to get Prestige's work fixed. Another contractor said that in their opinion, Prestige's work appeared to be "shoddy" and "sloppy." Edited to add: I believe that the quality of the work is not related to the shrinkage of the wood.
