I needed a chimney sweep and rain cap installed on top of the chimney at my home. I asked my real estate agent for a company and she referred this company to me. Unfortunately, the owner of this company took my money but never completed the work. The owner (initials R.L.) of this company spoke to me over the phone, and provided a reasonable quote. We set up a time/day for him to drop by in person to take a look at the home. He seemed nice and knowledgeable in person, and required half of the quote as a deposit to pay for the job. I paid him the deposit and expected him to get the job done the following week. That was the last time I saw him in person.
