Prestige Pools of the Triad

wow! I could not be more happier, Prestige pools are hands down the best, After reading these reviews i thought are we talking about the same company, The owner Mr Leonard was very nice, up front and professional, Upon finishing my pool he reviewed everything that was needed for the up keep of my pool. The crew was professional and had knowledge of what they were doing, My favorite part, They hauled there mess and half of my mess, LOL. I have recommended this company to several friends and we are still friends because they loved the service, I will be using these guys again!!!!!

I love the looks of my pool, but getting final inspection has been a pain in the butt. The electrical part failed 5 times. Oasis Pools would not listen to the inspector and fix the items that failed. I would not recommend them for pool installation. Finally had to call an Electrician that is a friend and he came in and fixed everything in just one day. Had to drain a lot of water out of the pool to do it.

Do not use this company! They work in a hurry and once you give them your money you will never hear from them again. I just called with a serious issue and to date no return call. The framing around the lining doesn't line up and jagged edges were left unfinished. There customer service is horrible! My contractor and I happen to be talking and his pool was done by Prestige as well and is currently having to spend 20,000 to fix all the concrete that caved in. Keith is so nice when you first meet! Don't fall for it.

Tried to call to get information on pricing and to possibly get a quote. He was very rude and told me $40,000 is their least expensive pool. It was very obvious he wasn't interested in doing business with me.
