Ranuel was our project manager, and he was consistently communicative, solution-oriented, and supportive throughout the entire process. We began our pool journey in May, and by July, the project was complete. From start to finish, Ranuel kept us informed of every step. If we had any concerns, he always provided options and solutions to make things right. What really stood out is that we felt genuinely cared for by him — when Ranuel says he’s going to fix something or get something done, it actually happens, and we appreciated that so much. I just finished my pool installation with prestige pools and I have to say I am very impressed. From the initial meeting with their sales person to the day of setting the pool to the final completion the team they have assembled is top notch and professional. All of them provided excellent communication of the steps and what we were waiting on, I work 6 days a week which can make it tough to doing a project of this magnitude as I wasn't always there to see what was going on but they all kept me updated on everything. And the best part is there was absolutely no delays whatsoever and everything happened right on track, they even came out on Good Friday to install the slide and then came out that saturday to hook the plumbing up for the slide so my daughter could use it that weekend.
