My parents recommended Prestige Roofing after they worked with them to replace there roof, siding and gutters after damage they sustained from a storm last year. They replaced my roof. From the beginning to the end they have been in communication making the process simple. I was given notice when the supplies would be delivered and 1 day before my roof was to be done I received a text from Hugo with all the details of what to expect how to make payment and contact information if I had additional questions. I found the short videos helpful. The day of was great. Hugo sent me updates throughout the day which included pictures of the progress of my new roof. The reason I chose Prestige is for their previous work that I had seen. He took accountability for the issues that I had. **Had to go into my attic recently, I found that the workers through scrap pieces inside and damaged my insulation. IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY HAVE A THIRD PARTY INSPECTOR CHECK THEIR WORK! This is unacceptable for a company that calls itself "A Veteran Owned" company. That carries a standard that was not met in any way for this project. For the money I spent on the roof I have had to spend just as much to fix their mistakes. Prestige Roofing did a great job installing my new roof. They were efficient and did the job very quickly. They are a local company and I like the fact they are veteran owners. They finished the roofing in half a day in 15 degree weather. Cleanup was also done quickly. I am looking forward to them putting on the eaves this Friday. Highly recommend!!!
