They installed a water softener, Reverse Osmosis system, and replaced some galvanized pipes. Our project involved some unexpected challenges due to old pipes in an older home, and the scope ended up being larger than originally anticipated. Highly recommend Prestige Water Group. Recently had some issues with low water pressure, tepid hot water and backed up sink. Leo was great in identifying the issues quickly and resolving all first time out. For the hot water and low pressure, he explained everything to me in non-technical terms that I would understand without "talking down" or over explaining to me like I wouldn't understand what needed to be done. For the backed up sink, the clog was pretty bad but Leo had the patience in working it through even though it was late in the day.. If you want your plumbing job done right the first time then don't hesitate to call Prestige Water Group!!!
