Courteous, on time, and charged the quoted price. Wood floors are art and I think they are beautiful. However, attention to detail, especially in stain application, shows in every room. I am happy with my floors but if you are looking for a more even appearance near the edges of the room, in closets, or behind doors, I wouldn’t recommend. We also ran into a few issues with poly on the bathroom counter and holes in the living room ceiling, damaged trim around the front door, and the garage was left dirty. However, Edwin was available and a good communicator and was eager to make it right - correcting shoe mold and poorly stained areas and giving a credit for repainting the ceiling - which we appreciated a lot.

Edwin listened to our needs and budget and we got carpet that we love in our full basement. The installers were professional and timely. I would highly recommend Prestigious Flooring!

This company was recommended by one of it's commercial accounts. Edwin was so easy to work with and the scheduling and workmanship went exactly as planned. You can set your watch by when they arrive and by what they do. I am very pleased by their work and plan to use them for carpet next year. I have recommended them already to a neighbor.

We moved into a house and needed a fast install of carpet and Prestigious Flooring and Design made it happen. Edwin was knowledgeable in helping us pick out what would be the best carpet choice for our house. He was patient with us throughout the process as choosing carpet color and quality is not always the easiest. The install was smooth. The installers got the job done quickly and left the house in good order. In the past we have always used Home Depot for carpet and working with Prestigious Flooring was way smoother and easier. Call them first!

We have used Prestigious Flooring and Design twice, we replaced the carpet in bedrooms and installed a runner on our stairs. Jonathan was a huge help picking the carpet and pad, helped with overall look of the stair runner to make sure it tied in with rest of the common areas and would look fabulous (which it does). We are very happy with our choices, quality of the carpet; installation was completed timely and done very well. We highly recommend Prestigious Flooring and Design for any flooring needs.
