My husband and I used Presto to move from California to Oregon and our jewelry was stolen by the movers. We contacted them 5 business days after the delivery as soon as we realized it was missing. It was rings that was in ring holders that was on dressers the movers were moving things into. They even took my engagement ring but left my wedding band (and a designer ring too so clearly knew the most expensive things on there). It’s really disappointing that you let people into your house, make them coffee as they move things in and this happens. When we called them they said there is no way one of the movers would have stolen anything but they would look into the other one and call us and no surprises they never called us back! When we had to relocate out of state on short notice, Presto Logistic was very helpful in coordinating the move. It was the first large move for us and we did not know anything. They told us hoe to pack and catalog everything and what size boxes to use. They made the move a lot less stressful than it could have been. If we ever decide to move back to the west coast I hope we can get Presto to do the job.
