Manny from Preventative Pest Control came to do an inspection at our home, and we were extremely impressed. He was respectful, kind, and very detailed in his inspection. He took the time to thoroughly check everything and explain what he was seeing, which we truly appreciated. This has been the WORST pest control company I have ever brought into my home. I informed them that I had a fire ant issue and they told me that it would be an additional charge for fire ants and I said that was fine. The first guy came out and treated everything, seemed to do a thorough job, treating inside and outside. I called the office about a month later and complained that I was still having fire ants in my house but now I had tiny black ants too. They sent a guy out and he was at my house less than 5 minutes and he was gone. They are now charging monthly for these services even though they are only coming out quarterly. The second time the guy came out I was still complaining of both kinds of ants and that I was unhappy with the service and I wanted to cancel, I even called the off

Troy was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and educated us on some new things about the bait. He definitely made us confident in trusting him to help us out. He was fast and very punctual with his timing. He called ahead of time & made sure we knew what he used and how it should work to correct our problem. He came out to do a follow up to our plan Rob started. We would love to have him or Rob anytime as our service providers
