Price-less Glass here in Wilmington NC provided very prompt service, quality work and everything a customer needs for a fair price. I really appreciated the service for my replacement window that I couldn't replace by myself. I will definitely refer everyone to them and call them in the future when I need them.

I responded to a mailer ad and set up a time to have an in-home appointment. That time passed an nobody showed. Nobody called. After an hour I called Clay, the person who set it up. He seemed unaware and fed me a bunch of senseless reasons about someone named Wes. I became frustrated and hung up before I exploded. Why does this company waste its money to advertise and then fumble a hot lead. From the other reviews I see here, their incompetence seems chronic. There are lots of other glass and window companies.

We ordered a piece of glass to protect a tabletop in our home. We were told we could pick it up on a Monday. And so the saga began. On Monday we called to be sure it was ready before we headed over - no answer. The next day we called again. We were told that they had trouble cutting the glass (it was flat and rectangular) and had decided to order it precut from their supplier - to be delivered Thursday or Tuesday. No call Thursday or Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon we called and they confirmed the glass was on the supplier truck to their shop. Still no delivery or call. When we called back, they said that it was on the supplier truck but was not unloaded at their shop and they would try to catch the driver. Our next followup call revealed that they missed the driver, but they would deliver it a
