Price's came via looking at positive reviews and I'm so glad for the recommendations. A pending ice storm at our lake home is no joke with no heat and Price's made me feel like I was their top priority. They came SAME DAY to investigate my problem (I had a 17 year old unit I knew was on borrowed time), gave several options, had the unit next day and installed a day later before the weekend storm and tempertures in the teens. IT GETS BETTER! After installation I promptly ran out of propane -- it's a new house and I had not been monitoring it. Called our propane service who told us best case we would have a propane replenishment in 5 DAYS, which assumed we were put at the top of the list. Maybe that's the norm, and my fault for being in the situation, but that wasn't going to work with the

Very thankful to have such a reliable heat and air service in our area! They were on the way to fix my problem within a few hours. Very transparent on the problem and what it would take to fix it! Highly recommended!

Price service was great, they came out when I needed their help. They were very polite and respectful and they performed their job well. I would recommend them to friends.

The techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. Took time to check inside unit and point out features that I should look for if a problem arise. Recommend Prices to everyone who needs heating and cooling
