During my commute to work this morning, one of your drivers in a white utility truck, SC plate number KZI 580, held up traffic in the left lane on Highway 29 from Greer to the Westside of Spartanburg. This driver intentionally drove slower in the left lane keeping the car in front of me and myself behind him. When both the car in front of me and myself tried to pass him several times in the RIGHT lane (since he would not move over for faster traffic), he would speed up to prevent us from passing - even at over 60 mph. The driver and his passenger looked over at me, down into my car and smiled and laughed at each red light we stopped at. I ignored them and, although failing, continued to try and move around them.
