Sako and his dad came out to fix a plumbing issue with our sink and returned a few days later to repair our shower, which was completely broken and required a full plumbing replacement since replacement parts for the knob weren’t available. He arrived quietly around 2 PM and had everything fixed and replaced by 4 PM. It’s been almost two weeks now and everything is working perfectly. I even offered him some snacks, and he politely said he’d rather earn them after completing the job, which really showed his integrity. I highly recommend Sako for any plumbing work — he was polite, professional, and very focused on getting the job done right.
